Kampala Sunset

I think this is my first time to stop at a sunset here in Kampala, Uganda. You see, I’m not a sunset or sunrise person. Well maybe one time when I was travelling in Siem Reap, Cambodia. I woke up at 3 or 4 AM to witness the most majestic yet crowded sunrise in my whole life. The crowd was massive. Hundreds or maybe thousands of travellers from around the world gathered at the entrance of the the Angkor Wat Temple to see the beautiful sunrise.

You see, I rarely stop for moments like this. But considering the quality of life I have right now, I should pause and reevaluate my life.

Maybe I should lessen my social media consumption. Yes. That’s my agenda for this year. I don’t know. I spend an awful lot of time on my phone. Sometimes I’m just glued on the internet majority of the day.

I should ho back to reading books. For my birthday, I bought two books: Becoming by Michelle Obama and Year of Yes by Shonda Rhimes. That should be a start. The highschool me is so disappointed right now.
