As you can see the trend of my posts, I really love eating and ihaw-ihaws. This time, we ate at the Charaptor in MoA seaside. I’ve been hearing good things about this restaurant so we decided to try it out.
This restaurant has more Filipino touch. From the meats and the fish. They also have sushi btw and a variety of drinks. What’s bonkers is that beer is not included in the package. It costs 60 pesos per can.
They use charcoal and overhead exhaust pipes for grilling unlike the other chains which uses the griddle pan. I prefer the latter because of less smoke and more predictable cooking. Sometimes the charcoal will go on fire but they will supply you with a water sprayer to put out the fire.
Most of their meats are marinated so they are really tasty. The servers are attentive and they get the empty plates immediately.
Again, I forgot to take pictures of the food. That time, I just came back from Africa and excited to see these guys.
If you enjoy eating in Sambokojin, Yakimix and the like, you’ll definitely enjoy in Charaptor. I’m not sure with the price. But it is 500++ pesos for each person.

Isaw for the win!
The charcoal takes a while to heat up tho. Try Matsuri at BF Homes. Great stuff!
Matsuri. Noted. Is that a Japanese Restaurant? Sorry. I’ll just google later. Thank you!
Yep it is. It’s by the guy who made Tito Chef.
